The deputy head of the New People faction Sardan Avksentiev made a proposal to introduce a new way to obtain a document. The deputy sent the relevant proposal to the Ministry of Digital Development. According to the official, the new opportunity will make the procedure for processing OSAGO transparent, and also protect residents from the need to pay unnecessary services.

Today, to receive CTP, motorists need to personally come to the office or issue a policy on the website of the insurance company.
