Companies explain that children under 16 are the most emergency category, as they most often violate the rules of the road. Often, adults themselves rent scooters for children, and the purpose of increasing the fine is to stop this practice.
Only punishment will not be limited to. In 2025–2026, operators are going to introduce users through “public services”, which will protect children from using rolling media.
