Sales of Chevrolet Damas for 550 thousand rubles have started in Uzbekistan

UzAuto has announced discounts on the Chevrolet Damas commercial family. As the editors of Motor magazine found out, the discount amount is 5 million soums (31 thousand rubles). Now a van can be purchased for 88 million soums (550 thousand rubles), and a minibus or combi – for 92 thousand soums (570 thousand rubles).

Chevrolet Damas is one of the few cars that is still equipped with a carburetor engine. The car is driven by a three-cylinder 800 cc engine with a power of 38 hp.

Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual gearbox. The body of the minivan is less than four meters long and has 3 rows of seats, but a van, combi and ambulance are also available.

It was previously reported that the production of this generation of Chevrolet Damas at the UzAuto plant has been discontinued. It can be assumed that dealers are now selling off the stock of released cars.

At the same time, the Uzbek office of the Chevrolet brand opened sales of the new generation of the Damas model. The next generation machine is a renamed Chinese Wuling Hongguang V.
