Sales of Lynk & Co 08, related to the Geely Monjaro crossover, have begun in Kazakhstan

The large crossover Lynk & Co 08 is built on the CMA (Compact Modular Architecture) platform, which is also used by the Geely Monjaro, popular among Russians. The new product on the Kazakhstan market has a length of 4820 mm, a width of 1915 mm, a height of 1685 mm, and a wheelbase of 2848 mm.

In the neighboring country, only a front-wheel drive hybrid version with a total output of 350 hp will be offered. Its 1.5-liter turbo engine performs generator tasks most of the time, but at high loads it helps rotate the drive wheels through a 3-speed electromechanical transmission.

As Motor magazine found out, the starting configuration of the Pro Lynk & Co 08 costs 21.9 million tenge – that’s 3.4 million rubles. This version can offer a full set of airbags, a set of advanced driver assistants, and a 15.4-inch central touchscreen.
