Sales of the new Omoda C5 with all-wheel drive have begun in Russia

The new version appeared in the official price list for the car. A car with all-wheel drive will be available in Russia only in the maximum configuration. Its cost is 2.85 million rubles.

As with the front-wheel drive version, the all-wheel drive Omoda C5 is equipped with a 1.5 turbo engine producing 147 hp. and robotic transmission. At the same time, the “robot” of such a crossover is seven-speed, while the front-wheel drive has a six-speed one.

In the “Style” package, the car is equipped with 18-inch wheels, a sunroof, and a set of active safety systems. Among them are adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring systems, traffic jam assistance, and lane keeping systems.

In terms of dynamics, the all-wheel drive version is inferior to the front-wheel drive: acceleration to “hundreds” for the all-wheel drive version takes 11.5 seconds versus 9.9 seconds for a car with front-wheel drive.
