Sales of Voyah Taishan with L3 autopilot started in China

The manufacturer claims that this is the country’s first production car equipped with a level three autonomous driving system. The recommended price of the new product is 509,900 yuan (about 6 million rubles). Autohome reports this.

The Huawei Qiankun ADS autonomous driving system is built on 34 sensors: four lidars (one of them is 896-line on the roof), cameras, ultrasonic and millimeter radars. Computing power exceeds 1000 TOPS, and object recognition is possible at a distance of up to 300 meters.

The Black Warrior version received a completely black body, the same wheels and red brake calipers. On the front panel there are six blue indicators indicating the operation of the autopilot. The dimensions are impressive: length – more than 5 meters, wheelbase – 3120 mm. The salon is six-seater (2+2+2).

The hybrid installation is based on a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a power of 150 hp, which acts as a generator, and two electric motors with a total power of 516 hp. The car uses 800-volt architecture; The CATL traction battery with a capacity of 65 kWh supports charging power up to 320 kW – charging time from 20% to 80% is 12 minutes. The range in electric mode is 350 km, in hybrid mode – over 1400 km.
