Shot: Russian Evolute electric cars turn into bricks due to extreme cold

Drivers are faced with problems caused by the rapid discharge of batteries in the cold, reports the Shot Telegram channel. It is not reported which models we are talking about.

The most dangerous situation is when, during a trip, the car suddenly begins to lose speed, braking up to 25 km/h, after which it completely stops responding to the gas pedal. Many drivers are less fortunate – their cars stall while driving, forcing them to call a tow truck to deliver to the nearest service center, Shot reports.

In addition, according to the channel, a number of owners experience abnormal fluctuations in energy consumption and other parameters on the dashboard. After a system restart, these values may become significantly lower. The most serious problems arise for those who have not used the car for several days: their Evolute stops responding to the key, does not open and does not start.

An additional problem that Shot writes about is that while driving, meltwater from the roof penetrates directly into the vehicle’s interior, creating inconvenience and potentially damaging electronics.

Earlier, an expert named five Chinese cars that rust the fastest.
