The authorities will raise state fees for car owners

Since September of this year, the Ministry of Finance plans to increase a number of duties for motorists, Izvestia write with reference to the appropriate bill. In particular, the fee for obtaining a driver’s license will double, and for TCP – one and a half times. The project will be considered at a meeting of the Government Commission on Foreign Affairs on June 30.

So, the duty for obtaining rights in September will double: the old -style certificate will cost four thousand rubles, new – six thousand. For international rights, you will have to pay 3.2 thousand instead of the current 1.6 thousand.

The passport of the vehicle will rise in price by one and a half times, to 1.2 thousand rubles. Duties will grow for a vehicle registration certificate. A document on paper will cost one and a half thousand instead of 500, on plastic – 4.5 thousand instead of one and a half thousand.

From two thousand to three thousand, the duty per linometer will increase. For the number for the trailer and the motorcycle you will have to lay out 2.25 thousand instead of one and a half thousand. Up to 4.5 thousand from the current one and a half thousand rubles, a certificate of conformity of the TS requirements for security requirements will rise in price.

In addition, the project also increases the fee for permission to make changes to the design of the machine – from one thousand to three thousand. The document on admission to the transportation of dangerous goods will rise in price to 2.25 thousand from one and a half thousand rubles.

Meanwhile, the authorities want to tighten the punishment for the noise on the roads. According to the new project, a fine for car owners and motorcycles with a loud exhaust will grow to five thousand rubles, and in the case of powerful engines – up to 30 thousand. The current fine of 500 rubles does not work, lawmakers say.
