In addition to compensation, 1.7 million rubles of the dealer were obliged to pay a penalty of 100 thousand rubles, compensation in the amount of 400 thousand rubles for violating the term of the return of money paid, 25 thousand rubles for moral damage, 45 thousand rubles of losses, a fine of 1.135 million rubles and a state fee of 19.7 thousand rubles. Thus, the plaintiff’s claims were partially satisfied: the application indicated the amount of 11.5 million rubles.
