In addition to installing new photo -kindergarten complexes, Moscow City Duma deputies want to introduce radical measures – from large fines to confiscation of cars and motorcycles. Moreover, it is assumed that the procedure will be completely remote and will not require the personal participation of the offender in the trial.

In Russia, such an initiative is no longer the first time – earlier the Moscow City Duma deputy Lyudmila Stebenkova proposed depriving drivers of rights for violation of the norms of noise.
