The other day Mazda [показала](https://motor.ru/news/mazda-ez-60-10-04-2025.htm) EZ-60-serial version of the concept car [Arata](https://motor.ru/news/mazda-new-esuv-06-09-2024.htm), built on the EPA1 platform from the Chinese Changan. Mazda EZ-60 is the technical “twin” crossover Deepal S07 from Changan. But unlike it, the Japanese version will not receive a purely electric power plant – at least at first.
A hybrid system with a 255-horsepower electric motor on the rear axle and a 1.5-liter atmospheric “four” will be set in motion. The latter will play the role of a generator recharging LFP battery with a capacity of 31.7 kilowatt hours from Catl-Mahan. Exactly on the electric trash, the crossover will pass 160 kilometers, and the total supply of move is not disclosed.
