The certificate was withdrawn a few days ago due to violations that “significant danger to health and life of both the drivers of vehicles themselves and other road users”.

As Vadim Fedotov, general director of Shakman Motors, told 110 KM.ru, the decision to recall the OTTS was made on the basis of control tests of a car with a mileage conducted at the NICHU NAMS training ground. The distributor requires additional tests and a comprehensive audit that will prove safety and will allow the Shacman SX3258 trucks to be returned to sale. The company also wants to restore the recalled EPTS.
