When registering the accident, it turned out that the person responsible for the accident had never studied at a driving school, but acquired a driver’s license by paying 75,000 rubles.
Law enforcement officers immediately established that the document had visible signs of forgery. The document itself was prepared by an unidentified person, to whom the would-be motorist provided a photograph and a copy of his passport.
