The first SWM G01 crossovers appeared in Russia with manual control

The batch of crossovers adapted for the operation by little mobility came off the conveyor of the Kaliningrad Autotor in early February – 200 pieces were assembled such cars. The press service of the enterprise said that the G01 with manual administration was certified by the FSUE by us and was tested by instructors of the DOSAAF Russia Driving School.

From the standard SWM G01, a special version is distinguished by the location of the control lever, which is installed to the right of the steering wheel – in accordance with security standards. Otherwise, this is all the same crossover, equipped with a 1.5-liter engine with a capacity of 138 horsepower in conjunction with a seven-sprinkled “robot” with double clutch, the drive of the front of the car.

Autotor recalled that this is not the first model with the manual department of Kaliningrad production. Back in 2024, the plant in test mode launched a BAIC U5 Plus, adapted to manage people with disabilities. One of these sedans was handed over to DOSAAF as an educational and examination car.

The Russian Avtotor will begin to release Changan instead of BMW the Russian Avtotor will attract robots to welding and coloring of the Avtotor body, brought the domestic electric car to tests. It will cost a million rubles

In the summer of the same year, AvtoVAZ also introduced manual controls – they took Lada Vesta as the basis. Special version was intended for people with a violation of the functions of one or both legs: the pedals can not touch, although they are also workers, and gas and brake control are carried out using a lever located to the left of the steering wheel. Vesta with manual control is produced with bodies sedan and station wagon. Granta has a similar modification.

Manual management has a Moskvich 3 manual control. The crossover last year was equipped with a lever that is mechanically connected with pedals. Last year, Moskvich promised to give out such crossovers for free to his veterans who received severe injuries.
