Great Wall has been developing the flagship unit for ten years without resorting to borrowing. The main plans: V8 will be put on SUVs for Russia, the Middle East, Africa and Australia, the first -born can be Tank 800.

There are few technical details. The new engine has direct injection and two turbochargers located in the collapse of the block. The power will be about 500 horsepower, the V8 will be combined with a proven 9-speed machine, familiar to the large Tank SUVs. The bold project of the Great Wall ultra-rush sedans is still in development, and for cars, they can add a parallel hybrid system with auxiliary electric motors. Whether the eight -cylinder versions of existing models (primarily Tank 500 and 700) will be not specified.
