XCite cars are produced at Avtozavod St. Petersburg, which in 2023 was transferred to AvtoVAZ, but returned back to the state and de jure became an independent unit. Sales results are still modest, there is no public production plan for 2025, and insiders question the continuation of cooperation with the current Chinese partner.
