As the analysts of the BIP.ru service found out, the largest share of drivers with the Bonus Malus coefficient 1.76 (at least one accidents due to their fault in the calculated period) account for the Datsun, Daewoo, Fiat, and Lifan brands.
The service comparison service of CASCO and CTPS insurance BIP.ru studied how the Bonus Malus coefficient (KBM) has changed 1 million 746 thousand users in 2024 and compared these data with the accident rate of automobile grades, writes Mail Auto. It turned out that the maximum share of drivers with KBM above 1.76 last year was recorded among the owners of Datsun, Daewoo, Fiat, VAZ and Lifan.
Motorists with the KBM driver-novice-1.17-most often found among the owners of Daewoo (20%), VAZ (16%) and Opel (14%). And the least emergency are drivers with the minimum value of KBM 0.46 – in 2024 there were motorists who own UAZ, Ssangyong, Great Wall, Haval and Land Rover cars.
Also, BIP.ru found out that most often the culprits of accidents are drivers aged 19 to 24 years. By the age of 20, the share of highly emergency drivers reaches a maximum – 11%. But by the age of 32 it is reduced to 3%. From the same age, the proportion of trouble -free drivers begins to grow rapidly: from 10.3% to 33 years old to 50% at 70 years old.
