The new Polestar 2 will be a sedan and will compete with the BMW 3 Series

According to IT Home, citing foreign sources, the car will hit the market in 2027.

The appearance of the Polestar 2 sedan, developed under the leadership of chief designer Philippe Romers, will become part of the evolution of the brand. According to him, the new car will have a more squat stance and will look more dynamic.

The model will be noticeably larger than its predecessor: the length will increase by about 100 mm – up to 4700 mm, which will make it comparable to the BMW 3 Series. This should solve one of the main complaints about the current version – the cramped rear row.

The technical basis of the new product will be a new universal architecture being developed within the parent company Geely. It will be used for many models of different brands of the concern – from Volvo to Lotus.

The new sports sedan Polestar 2 will cost 5 million rubles in domestic currency.

It was previously reported that UAZ would rename the SUV for the first time in the history of the Hunter model.
