Brand Director of Skoda India Petr Janeba emphasized that the cheapest versions of the Kylaq are not “promotional”: they will be supplied. The top manager believes that the entry-level Classic trim level is adequately equipped: the only thing missing is the infotainment system. However, customers can purchase a touchscreen themselves. But six airbags, air conditioning, 16-inch wheels, LED headlights, stabilization system and adjustable headrests are included by default.

The most equipped version has alloy wheels, ventilated and electric front seats, wireless charging for gadgets, a virtual instrument panel, keyless entry, a media system with a 10-inch touchscreen, climate and cruise control, and a cooled glove compartment. The engine is the same: a 1.0 TSI turbocharged engine (115 horsepower and 178 Nm) coupled with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission.
