The Polestar 4 Estate will hit the global market in the fourth quarter of 2026

The new version of the Polestar 4, already spotted during road tests in China, will feature a more practical body with a flat roofline and spacious luggage compartment. This more versatile variant of the popular SEA architecture model is expected to help attract new buyers.

The decision to expand the line was made against the backdrop of a difficult financial situation: in the first three quarters of last year, the company’s losses amounted to $1.5 billion. At the same time, Polestar’s global sales in 28 countries increased by 34%, reaching 60 thousand cars, although there was a decline in the Chinese market, where the brand closed its last direct sales store.

In addition to the Polestar 4 Estate, the company will release the four-door GT Polestar 5 in the summer of 2026 with 872 hp. Sales of the second generation Polestar 2 are expected to start at the beginning of 2027, and the compact SUV Polestar 7 will appear by 2028.

The company expects that the expansion of the model range will provide double-digit growth in retail sales this year.
