Autotor Kaliningrad plant, developing its own brand Amberevto, announced the entering the market of the updated A5 sedan. The electric car was represented last winter. In fact, this is the renamed Chinese JMEV YI, created by the JMEV joint venture, which Renault and Jingliang Motors Corporation were established in 2015.

In motion A5 is driven by an electric motor mounted on the front axle with a return of 160 horsepower and 225 nm of torque. Under the floor of the cabin is a traction battery with a capacity of 61.3 kilowat-hours, providing up to 520 kilometers in the Chinese CLTC cycle.
With the update, the sedan received new colors of the body and salon. The standard equipment includes the so -called winter package consisting of heating the steering wheel, front seats, lateral mirrors and rear windows. The A5 multimedia supports Apple Carplay and Android Auto. There is a wireless charging and a cooling compartment in the central armrest.
The sedan has new electronic assistants in the older Business configuration. Among them are strip control, adaptive cruise control, a system of preventing frontal clashes, monitoring of blind zones and automatic wipers. There is no price. A special offer is valid for cars of 2023 – from 2.3 million rubles.
