The Russian representative office of Sinotruck will introduce its first passenger model to the Russian market – the Bolden S7 pickup truck. The model is currently undergoing mandatory certification, and the start of sales is scheduled for the end of this year. The head of Sinotrak Rus, Yuan Xiaodong, told the Auto Mail project about this.
In China, the pickup truck is equipped with a two-liter Weichai turbodiesel (177 hp and 410 Nm), a classic 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive transmission.
The characteristics of the modifications for the Russian market will become known after certification: perhaps the engine power will be reduced to a tax-efficient 150 hp.
The promising new product is a representative of a large class: the Bolden S7 is 5645 mm long, 1895 mm wide, 1890 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 3470 mm.
