ZEEKR 9X Grand debuts in the Chinese market in the third quarter of 2025 (July-September) and will be positioned as a flagship of the luxury class. In anticipation of the launch of the ZEEKR brand, which is part of the Geely holding, she published a series of photographs taken during the 9x Grand winter tests: the thawed prototype is captured in the pictures, but it can already be concluded that it resembles the British Range Rover.
With the Range Rover, the new 9x Grand is related to the body shape with a characteristic angle of inclination of the front and rear racks, the flat hood line and the almost vertical radiator grille in the style of minivan 009. The optics are made in the Zeekr branded style, the door handles can be visible, and the lydar can be seen above the windshield glass, which indicates a high level of autonomy. The 9x Grand length will be about 5.2 meters (Range Rover – 5.5 meters).

9x Grand will be the first brand model to receive the Zeekr Super Hybrid hybrid system, that is, installation with an internal combustion engine, but there are no details about it yet. Carnewschina writes that it unites BEV, PHEV and EREV technologies. It is expected that the ICE will connect to the wheels only at high speeds, the rest of the time the engine will play the role of the generator, so the novelty will be more economical than competitors.

The equipment of the hybrid ZeekR will include the NVIDIA Drive Thor chip with a productivity of 2000 TOPS, which will be “headed” by smart electronics, including the L4 generation autonomous driving system. In addition to Zeekr, such a chip will be used by BYD, GAC Aion Hyper and Xpeng.
The public debut of Zeekr 9x Grand is expected at the Shanghai Motor Show, which will be held in April. The start of sales in China is scheduled for the second half of the year – according to preliminary data, the starting price of the model will exceed 1 million yuan (12.3 million rubles at the rate of today).
