Toyota showed the “nostalgic” special version of the hatchback Corolla for the United States

The novelty is called Toyota Corolla FX in memory of the sports hatchback Corolla FX16 of the late last century. Compared to the sedan with the prefix FX, which made it debuted last year, the sports hatchback has little improvements: white wheel discs, a black spoiler, a darkened Toyota emblem and three exclusive bodies of the body. The circulation will be only 1.6 thousand copies.

The “sports” theme continues in the cabin – standard seats were replaced by chairs with developed lateral support and suede inserts. In the decoration of the chairs, the steering wheel, door panels and the box of the box there is an orange line. The FX version was taken as one of the most affordable SE sets, but its equipment list was expanded due to the digital instrument panel (in a conventional hatch it is analogue with a screen in the center) and a wireless charging for a smartphone.

The rest of the equipment is standard for the hatchback in this performance: the complex of electronic assistants Safety Sense 3.0, which, among other things, includes adaptive cruise control, the system of retaining and recognition of road signs, climate control and multimedia with a screen diagonal eight inches.
