Over the second month of spring, the Chinese bought 1.755 million new cars, including 847 thousand crossovers and SUVs, 821 thousand sedans and hatchbacks, as well as 86 thousand minivans. The absolute leader in the number of implemented copies was the Geely Geome Xingyuan electric hatchback, and Monjaro turned out to be the most popular crossover.
The ratings are published by segments. So, the five leaders among the SUV (crossovers and SUVs) are as follows: in the first place Geely Xingye L, aka Monjaro in Russia, with a result of 23.6 thousand sold cars, in the second – Byd Song Plus (20.66 thousand pieces), on the third – Tesla Model Y (19.9 thousand thousand pieces), on the fourth – Li L6 (16.7 thousand pieces), and on the fifth – Toyota Corolla Cross (16 thousand).
