It became known where and when new paid parking will appear in Moscow. From August 15, the parking will become paid on many streets of the capital: it will mainly affect the north-west and south, and the zone will be extended for the Moscow Ring Road. On most streets, the cost of an hour at first will be minimal – 40 rubles, but on some, depending on the time of day, the price will vary.

This is the second stage in the expansion of the paid parking zone in the capital this year. The first passed on June 20, and the third is scheduled for October 3. The stage 15 will affect the districts of Beskudnikovo, Eastern and Western Degunino, Timiryazevsky, Khovrino, Kuzminki, Maryino, Lefortovo, Nagorny, Kuntsevo, Tsaritsyno, Tushino, South Butovo and others. For the Moscow Ring Road, paid parking will be released in Mitin and Vnukovo.

The authorities note that the expansion of the paid parking area will give local residents priority. In addition, the steering of parking will grow, the places will be freed faster, the number of traffic violations and the speed of arrival of emergency services decreased.
