The model is expected to go on sale in the Chinese market in the coming months. Its cost has not yet been disclosed.
The certification documents reveal the exact dimensions of the new Geely Galaxy M7 hybrid crossover: length – 4770 mm, width – 1905 mm, height – 1985 mm. Its wheelbase is 2785 mm, which is identical to that of the restyled version of the Geely Boyue L petrol crossover for China (in Russia this model is known as the Geely Atlas).
The interior of the new product also largely replicates the design of its Chinese gasoline counterpart: the same front panel with vertical side deflectors, similar door cards and separate dashboard and multimedia screens. However, the hybrid has its own steering wheel design and a different layout of the central tunnel.
The heart of the Geely Galaxy M7 is the EM-i hybrid powertrain, consisting of a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine producing 112 hp. and one electric motor (its output has not yet been disclosed). According to Chinese media reports, buyers will have options with a battery capacity of 18.4 or 29.8 kWh.
Geely claims an electric range of up to 225 km on the CLTC cycle and a total range of 1,730 km. Fuel consumption — 3.35 l. per 100 km.
