“On the night of December 19, 2024, inspectors stopped him on Smolenskaya-Sennaya Square in Moscow. According to them, the driver smelled of alcohol. Inshakov was offered to clear his head in front of witnesses on the spot, but he refused twice,” the publication says.
According to the channel, the court hearing took place in the absence of Alexander Inshakov – the court considered him to have been properly notified. The case file contains traffic police protocols, an act with a note of refusal, an inspector’s report and explanations from witnesses.
In February 2025, the court imposed a fine on the producer in the amount of 30 thousand rubles and deprived him of his driver’s license until October 2026.
