In the 1990s, the Bohse company from Lower Saxony produced a landau based on the VAZ hatchback called Bohse Safar. In Germany, cars were sold through the German Lada dealer network, and therefore under the name Lada Samara Fun. In total, between 2,000 and 3,200 cars were built.
This particular “semi-cabriolet” Bohse Safari ended up in the possession of a Lada fan from Belgorod. The price of a landau is 1 million rubles, but the owner is ready to make a discount to an interested client.
“A huge amount of work was done on the car, they did it conscientiously, and did not skimp. Completely overhauled and repainted. The engine and gearbox have been overhauled. The interior is complete,” the seller clarifies.
A year earlier, a similar Bohse Safari was sold by the American dealer AlphaCars. That two-door car was perfectly preserved, and its odometer showed only 10.6 thousand km. But the price matches: 29 thousand dollars.
