According to the head of the agency, Sergei Tseliov, in January-March 2026, 1,564 new Honda cars were registered in Russia.

“In January-March 2026, 1,564 new Honda cars were registered in Russia. This is 4.6 times more (+363%) than in January-March last year (338 units),” Tselikov said.

More than 60% of demand came from two popular crossovers. The leader was the Honda CR-V model with a result of 488 units, followed by a minimal margin by the Honda Vezel – 484 units. The compact crossover Honda WR-V, which was chosen by 259 buyers, closes the top three.

An interesting feature of current sales is the geography of supplies. More than half of all new Honda cars (59%) came to Russia from China. Almost all other cars were imported directly from Japan and, as a result, have right-hand drive.
