Geely has officially launched pre-sales of the i-HEV Smart Power Hybrid Preface hybrid car, presenting several options costing from 108 to 120 thousand yuan – that’s 1.2-1.3 million rubles. The sedan measures 4825 mm in length, 1869 mm in width, and 1469 mm in height. The wheelbase dimension is 2800 mm.
The i-HEV’s proprietary series-parallel system is powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine, assisted by an electric motor. Total power – 308 hp.
Acceleration to 30 km/h takes 1.84 seconds – 18% faster than conventional hybrids. The response to pressing the accelerator pedal is a record 10 milliseconds.
The three-speed DHT transmission allows driving exclusively on electric power at speeds of up to 66 km/h (20% higher). Official fuel consumption according to the WLTC standard is 3.98 l/100 km.
Previously, Geely opened pre-orders for the Galaxy Starshine 7 hybrid sedan. In China, there are four options priced from 113 to 143 thousand yuan, that is, from 1.3 to 1.6 million rubles.
