The actor starred in a new advertising campaign for the Spanish brand Cupra, a sub-brand of Volkswagen AG. The video appeared on the YouTube video hosting site.
The plot of the new Cupra commercial is built around the choice of a magic wand. The campaign was called “The Chosen One.” The leading role was played by actor Tom Felton, known to viewers as Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter saga. Felton’s hero tries several steering wheels, but only the Cupra Formentor steering wheel “chooses” him.
The compact crossover Formentor (4450 mm) is based on the MQB Evo platform. In addition, the new advertising campaign will promote the more spacious Terramar crossover with a length of 4519 mm and the Cupra Leon hatchback (4399 mm).
