The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has declassified the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class Long Wheelbase. In Europe, this car is sold under the name Mercedes-Benz C-Class Electric, but a special extended version has been prepared for China.
The dimensions of the car are 4990×1876×1510 mm, the wheelbase is 3051 mm. For comparison, the European modification has characteristics of 4883 × 1892 × 1503 mm, and its center distance is 2962 mm.
Thus, the Chinese Mercedes-Benz C-Class Long Wheelbase in total length almost caught up with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class of the W220 generation, whose length is 5038 mm, and even surpassed in wheelbase size (3051 mm versus 2960 mm).
The top version of the C 350 L will be equipped with a twin-engine power plant with a total power of 460 kW (about 625 hp). In Europe, only the C 400 4Matic electric with 489 hp is currently available.
