The analytical agency JD Power shared the annual statistics of the most reliable cars. From August to November 2024, the researchers on a special protocol interviewed 34 thousand owners of three-year-old cars and recorded the number of complaints that customers faced. The PP100 index was formed from the answers: the number of comments per 100 cars.
The outsider unexpectedly became Volkswagen: the German brand received 285 complaints and rolled in the last place, losing three positions. Poor reviews remain at Chrysler (282), Jeep (275), Audi (273) and Land Rover (270), and the manufacturer of SUVs from the United States rolled from the middle to the end of the list. The average industry in 2025 is 202 complaints, that is, over the year, reliability subjectively became lower.
