The Avtostat analytical agency conducted a survey among thousands of Russians to find out what foreign brands they miss the most. The most desirable was the return of the South Korean Kia and Hyundai, which were combined under the same option. Almost a third of the respondents voted for them – 31 percent.

The second place was taken by the Japanese Toyota with 29 percent of the vote. Closes the three auto -brands, which the Russians are most lacking, Volkswagen with 27 percent voted. The fourth and fifth places went to BMW and Skoda, the result of which is the same – 23 percent.

This is followed by Mercedes-Benz with a result of 15 percent, Audi with 14 percent and Mazda with 10 percent. Two more percent of respondents noted other brands, and 17 percent are not waiting for the return of any of the departed companies.

Analysts note that the total result is more than 100 percent, since each voter could note more than one answer option. More than a thousand people participated in the survey.

With warming the political climate, rumors began to walk about the imminent return of Hyundai and Kia. However, the concern made it clear that this question was not on the agenda, and stated that he was stopping reacting to the messages of the Russian media.
