The Japanese studio Liberty Walk will bring its new project to the Tokyo Motor Show – the Lamborghini Miura coupe with the most luxurious LB-Silhouette Works GT body kit. Classic lovers need not worry. Most likely, this is not the original Miura, but a homemade product like the one Liberty Walk showed in 2018. The Japanese simply used the chassis and engine from a Ford GT40 replica, onto which they hung a custom body.

Prices for “tired” Lamborghini Miuras reach up to one and a half million dollars, and cars in good condition cost twice as much – there is no time for experimentation. But there is freedom in choosing a power unit. The Lamba had a 3.9 V12 with 350 horsepower and 378 Nm of torque, while the Ford GT40 had a seven-liter V8 with 485 horsepower and 644 Nm.

By the way, good Miura replicas are even built from Pontiac Fiero, stretching the chassis and replacing the body with an exact fiberglass copy.
