Such cars have not been produced since the spring of 2022, but they periodically come up on sale on classifides. “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” drew attention to several such ads: Renault Logan and Logan Stepway are put up for sale. The first can be bought for 1.65 million rubles, and an all-round Stepway version for 1.9 million. This is more expensive than the new Lada Vesta. In addition to Logan, there is also Arkana for 2.7 million rubles on sale, which was produced until 2022 at the factory in Moscow, which is now working under the Sample Moskvich.
The cars that the newspaper mentions are represented by the dealers: they are new, although their production turned around almost three years ago. In Khabarovsk, there is a white Renault Logan in the Access configuration – this is the performance of the initial level with the only pillow of the driver’s safety. The same seller has Logan Stepway in the Life configuration, equipped a little richer: he has two eirbegs, heating seats and mirrors, air conditioning and a multimedia system.
A small supply of Renault cars produced in Russia before leaving the French brand market also has other dealers in the country. Moreover, they are mainly in remote regions where models of Korean and Japanese brands are more popular.

The Renault group suspended activities in Russia in the spring of 2022 after the beginning of it. A few months later, the French concern decided to completely leave the market, getting rid of Russian assets – a share in AvtoVAZ and the factory in Moscow. Then it became known that Renault did not retain the possibility of returning the metropolitan enterprise in case of relieving sanctions. The transaction by which the Renault Russia plant crosses the city did not provide for an option for a return ransom.
In addition to the plant in Moscow, Renault produced cars at AvtoVAZ capacities-it was there that Logan, Sandero and their Stepway version were assembled there.
