At the same time, customs clearance experts reported that last year the concepts of “commercial utilsbor” for “green” cars did not exist. Legal entities paid for electrified models standard 32,600 rubles. However, since the beginning of this year, the rate has grown to 667,400 rubles.
The Russian authorities began to increase utilsbor last year. However, the change in bets touched by legal entities engaged in the resale of cars. For private traders, tariffs remained the same. For example, buyers of electric cars, consistent hybrids and machines with traditional engines of less than three liters should pay 3400 rubles. Thus, cars could be resold by paying this amount.
