Accepting orders for the compact crossover Honda XR-V has started in Russia

The compact urban crossover Honda XR-V is now available for order in Russia from the official distributor of Honda, the company’s press service told Motor magazine. The car is an analogue of the Chinese-assembled Honda Vezel, offering a 1.5-liter engine (124 hp), a CVT and front-wheel drive.

The estimated cost of the car is 2,499,000 rubles on a turnkey basis, including customs payments, registration of SBCTS and ELPTS, as well as protection against breakdowns for a period of 3 years or 100,000 km. The delivery time for the vehicle ordered by the client is three weeks.

The crossover has a panoramic roof, all-round control system, adaptive cruise control, and a full set of airbags. There is also a “winter package” that includes heated front seats, exterior mirrors and rear window.

Earlier it became known that Chinese brands are forcing Honda to close car factories. Honda Motor Company will reduce production of gasoline cars. This year one may be closed, and next year the second conveyor from which the cars come off may be closed.
