American journalists were surprised by the Russian Russo-Balt van, similar to Tesla

The car surprisingly resembles an enlarged Cybertruck. Although there are similarities with the Chinese Weiqiao New Energy V90, the manufacturer insists that the F200 is its own invention

According to the company, the Russo-Balt van is made of stainless steel. The car is equipped with a 200 hp electric motor. and a battery with a capacity of 115 kW/h, which provides a range of up to 400 kilometers on a single charge.

Thermal control of the battery and interior allows you to operate the car in the temperature range from -45 °C to +45 °C.

The F200 electric van is planned to be produced to order. Its starting price will be 6.5 million rubles, and the first deliveries to customers are scheduled for January 2027.

Certification procedures for the model are still ongoing. The van has a load capacity of 1000 kg and a category B driver’s license is sufficient to drive it. The body is manufactured using manual welding.

Cars under the Russo-Balt brand were produced from 1909 to 1918. The total production amounted to several hundred cars.
