An armored BMW with tiny mileage was put up for sale

In Moscow, a 2004 BMW X5 crossover equipped with factory armor is being sold for 5.3 million rubles. Judging by the mileage, which is only 8,754 kilometers, the car traveled a little more than 400 kilometers annually. In addition, the seller said that the car had only one owner – a legal entity, so the crossover was not used for most of its life.

Judging by the published photographs, the 20-year-old BMW X5 is indeed in new car condition. There are no signs of use on the body or interior of the crossover. The wheels and engine compartment look similar. The presented model is protected according to class B3-B4. Such armor can withstand shots from medium-caliber pistols.

The owner does not provide the dynamic characteristics of the armored vehicle, but in the standard version the model reaches “hundreds” in seven seconds at a maximum speed of 210 kilometers per hour.

In 2023, armored UAZ Patriots were sold in Russia. Protected domestic SUVs were then valued at 6.5 million rubles.
