The novelty was brought to the Elektrotrans exhibition, which opened on April 28 in Moscow. And although this is the first public show of E-Aura, the prototype has already been shown earlier at a meeting of the Board of Directors of AvtoVAZ. Outwardly, such an “aura” practically does not differ from the usual fuel model, but the salon, sheathed with red leather, looks different: a puck of driving modes appeared on the central console, like on the Lada E-Largus, a digital instrument panel is also decorated.
Now it has been officially confirmed: the power plant in E-Aura is the same as the last year’s prototype E-Niva and the serial E-Largus: it is a Chinese synchronous electric motor with a nominal power of 82 forces, while peak recoil can reach 163 horsepower, but only in the interval of 20 seconds. At the Largus station wagon, he is nourished by a two-section traction battery with a capacity of 61 kilowatt-hour, and a simplified option with a single-section battery for 46 kilowatt hours is proposed for the van.

The lithium-ion cells for the traction battery is Chinese, however, the battery housing, cooling and heating system, as well as the control electronics are produced by the Russian ITELMA.
AvtoVAZ completely opened the new Lada E-Aura electric car, see what the new Lada Aura is made from how Lada Aura is sold: the result of sales is disclosed in three months
Dynamic characteristics are also declassified: acceleration from a place up to 100 kilometers per hour takes e-aura eight seconds, and the maximum speed is limited at a mark of 150 kilometers per hour. The stroke on one full charge is 350 kilometers, the Auto-Potok telegram channel clarifies.
The electric e-aura is built on the basis of a business sedan, which, in turn, is an elongated version of the four-door Vesta.
