AvtoVAZ launched a new SKM brand

Under it will be produced by commercial cars – passenger and all -metal vans, as well as a chassis with an open cargo platform. New items will take a niche above Lada Largus and below larger commercial equipment – such as gas or Sollers. Compact dimensions, modern equipment and ease of loading and unloading are declared. There are no dates of sales, no prices yet.

While AvtoVAZ shared the pictures of two models – a minibus and a van. Later, the chassis with a cargo platform should join them.

The passenger bus is similar to the SRM Jinhaishi model of the 2021 Chinese company Shineray. In his homeland, it is offered with a wide range of gasoline engines – the volume varies from 1.3 liters to two, and power – from 86 horsepower to 150, the “Auto -flow” notes. A pair of units is a five -speed manual gearbox, the rear drive. There are also bit -fuel versions that can be seasoned with both gasoline and compressed natural gas.

Similar van and Van are sold in Belarus under the name SRM (Shinray) M7. The minivan is offered with a passenger compartment for seven or nine seats and a two -liter engine that outstand 150 forces and 200 Nm of torque. The dimensions of the model are 4890 × 1700 × 1995 millimeters. The list of equipment includes steering electric power, electric windows, central locking lock, multimedia system, air conditioning (including separate for the rear of the cabin), rear parking sensors and rear view camera.

The Shinray M7 van has a double interior and a cargo compartment with a volume of five cubic meters. The maximum dimensions of the space for the cargo are 2510 × 1475 × 1350 millimeters. Access to the cargo compartment is carried out on three sides: through the back door and through the sliding side.

The cost of the van in Belarus starts with 79 900 local rubles (about 2.2 million Russian rubles), and the passenger version from 85,400 (2.4 million).

AvtoVAZ promises to tell you more about the “technique” of new products for Russia, as well as about prices and production. Perhaps the assembly will be commissioned at the capacities of the former experimental production production in Togliatti, where VIS-Auto recently moved.
