AvtoVAZ prepares Lada Granta with a new body type: First photo

Togliatti portal Avtograd News shared a picture of Cross-liftbek at the factory training ground in Sosnovka. According to insiders, the “raised” liftbek will differ in cross-country, other bumpers, original alloy disks, fog lights and extended equipment. The Granta Cross series with a new body type will go in the spring after starting the ISKRA project.

According to unofficial data, the Lada Granta Cross will receive a climate control climate, a folding key with a remote control, an immobilizer, a media system with Yandex.VTO services and a touch screen, and a functioning delay function. Outwardly, Cross-liftbek will differ from the cross-universal by moldings in the color of the body.

AvtoVAZ explained why the dealers do not have the cheapest Granta and Vesta blogger dismantled Lada Granta for 1.5 million rubles and compared it with a foreign car to the Russian police “sawed” Lada Granta Kub

At the moment, Lada Granta is available in three types of body: sedan, liftback and cross-universal. Probably, Cross-liftbek is unified by the chassis with a double-awller, and the road clearance will increase from 180 to 198 millimeters. The expanded equipment will receive not only a new five -door: in April, the above options will be offered in the trim levels #Club and Quest, regardless of the type of body.

In the near future, Lada Granta is not resigned: AvtoVAZ confirmed that the model will celebrate the 20th anniversary on the conveyor and will remain in the ranks at least until 2032. It is planned to equip a well -deserved model with a new automated transmission: after the domestic “robot” and a Japanese machine gun and liftbeks, Chinese variators will begin to put.
