AvtoVAZ presented the interior of the serial Lada Azimut

The photos were taken by a correspondent from Motor magazine.

The images show that the car is presented in a top-end configuration. Judging by the pictures, the Lada Azimut is equipped with a leather interior, a multifunction steering wheel and a CVT.

According to documents for the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Sergei Chemezov, AvtoVAZ is ready to reach production volumes of up to 70 thousand Lada Azimut crossovers per year.

“In turn, Avtovaz held the world premiere of the new Lada Azimut crossover, created on its own Russian Vesta platform. The plant is ready to produce up to 70 thousand of these cars per year,” they note.

As specified in the materials, almost 1 thousand original components and parts were developed for the new model: body panels, lighting equipment, interior elements and a new rear suspension.
