In AvtoVAZ they said that dealerships have the right to install additional equipment in the cars they purchased. If in the car dealership there are no models in the necessary buyer, he has the right to purchase a car in the factory version. To buy a car without dealer “dopes”, it is necessary to conclude a preliminary supply agreement with sellers in which the model, equipment, color and other parameters should be agreed.
