"Behind the wheel" criticized Jetour T1 for chips on the hood and poor aerodynamics

Experts from the publication “Behind the Wheel” shared their honest impressions of the Chinese crossover Jetour T1 after two months of winter operation and a mileage of more than 15 thousand kilometers.

The front edge of the hood, due to its shape, quickly becomes covered with chips – the author advises immediately gluing the protective film. The windshield is also vulnerable: in two months there were two chips, one from a bolt from under the wheel of a neighboring car, the other under the wiper blade, the magazine’s experts noted.

The side windows quickly become covered with dirt in the area of the mirrors. The plastic corners in the front of the glass are to blame – they create swirls. The solution is to install deflectors on the doors.

The gas tank flap is prone to freezing. One day in severe frost it did not open. The specialist advises immediately treating the mechanism with a defroster.

No serious problems were identified over 15 thousand kilometers, but it is better to know these little things in advance.
