The document states that BMW spent funds for the development of the NEUE KLASSE family (new IX3), as well as successors X5 and X7. Since the BMW X5 and X7 are listed separately from the NEUE KLASSE family, the architectures of the novelties will be different. Autocar believes that the second generation of the BMW X7 will receive an updated Clar platform, familiar with the 7-Series/i7 family.
