The new Brabus XL 800 uses the original Brabus chassis with on -board gearboxes and an adaptive suspension. Also, the car got a Widestar composite body kit, 22-inch wheels and a Biturbiger V8 4.0 forced to 800 horsepower.
Brabus XL 800 is not inferior in brutality Brabus 800 4×4², although it is built on the basis of a conventional Mercedes-AMG G 63. The chassis with the “portals” in the highway was developed independently. All the suspension components are reinforced, geometry was revised and the adapted to the high center of gravity and the increased moves adjustable racks Brabus Ride Control with titanium spraying were installed. Even hardcore all -terrain vehicles – 470 millimeters!

Outwardly, the SUV is distinguished by the traditional Widestar body kit with carbon fiber elements, Brabus Monoblock Z/HD wheels with a diameter of 22 inches, a winch, additional lighting on the roof and a spoiler at its rear edge. Wings on wings are part of the Brabus Carbon package. Also, the XL 800 is equipped with a shot with a drive and new loops that allow you to open the rear doors to an angle up to 90 degrees.
A four -liter biturboatot here develops 800 horsepower and 1000 nm of torque. Two factory turbochargers were replaced by Brabus snails with an enlarged compressor wheel, a new firmware is in the control unit, and the boost pressure is increased to 1.6 bar. The first “hundred” Brabus XL 800 reaches 4.6 seconds (as a regular G 63 4×4²). The maximum speed due to off-road tires is limited to 210 kilometers per hour.
The demonstration sample of the Brabus XL 800 was estimated at 766 thousand euros, but this is the cost of ex Works, that is, from the plant. The predecessor of the Brabus 800 4×4² was cheaper – about 450 thousand euros, but there are no such cars on sale.
