By the end of 2025, GOSTs for unmanned cars will appear in Russia

This was announced in the commentary to the publication “Gazeta.ru” by the head of Rosstandart Anton Shalaev. Experts are going to standardize the use of autonomous vehicles under any conditions. When developing GOSTs, specialists will take into account the experience of standardizing artificial intelligence systems, as well as other types of drones.

According to Shalaev, experts are currently developing several GOSTs that will allow standardization of autonomous machines in Russia. General operating rules will be introduced for wheeled vehicles with a high level of automation of category A control, equipped with automated driving systems.
